Mental health sacrificed to help Hse's Budget.

The fight goes on.  HSE West's unjustifiable decision to close the new acute mental health unit in Ballinalsoe must be challanged and overturned.  An uncaring minister backs a questionable decision about the lives of the mst vulnerable but travels by helicopter when she is sick herself. Shame on the labour party standing over the the theft of the mental health budget from the west.

The real Pirates

These arent real pirates.  They're not even real policemen.  They are however mighty singers.   This was taken last march during the Ballinalsoe Musical Society's run of the Pirates of Penzance. These guys are sitting about 30 foot above the stage.  Great craic.  I am the one missing from the photo
